MEET OUR TEAM

Flooring runs in Aaron's family. As a third-generation flooring professional, he started installing as a teenager and now brings more than 26 years of hands-on experience to every project.

When you work with Aaron, you can expect quality products and top-notch installation. He takes pride in making sure every job is done right, down to the last detail.

Aaron also knows that budget matters. He works hard to find quality products at a price that fits your budget and your design goals, and he'll always be upfront and honest with you along the way.

For Aaron, a great floor is only part of the job. Making sure you feel confident and cared  from start to finish is what matters most.

Jenny brings 25 years of executive and sales experience to everything she does. Her background in business consulting, flooring, home design and customer care means she knows how to guide customers from the first idea to the finished project.

For Jenny, it's always been about people. She makes sure every customer feels heard and taken care of, and she works hard to build a team culture where people feel supported, positive, and able to grow.

Giving back is a big part of why she does this. Supporting our community isn't a side project for Jenny. It's at the heart of the business and always will be.

At the end of the day, this is a family business in every sense. Jenny built it alongside the people she loves, and she treats every customer, team member, and neighbor like part of that family. That's the heart of who we are, and it always will be.

If you've worked with us, there's a good chance you know Ruthann. Customers ask for her by name, and for good reason. From your first question to the final walkthrough, she makes sure you're taken care of every step of the way.

Ruthann has an incredible eye for design and a gift for helping customers see what their space can become. Behind the scenes, she keeps Ridgeline running, overseeing operations, technology, financials, employee relations, and just about everything in between.

She's the one who holds it all together, and she does it with warmth, care, and a genuine love for the people we serve. Ruthann truly is the heart of Ridgeline.
